Do I need to pay a booking fee when booking?

Yes, an upfront booking fee is required to secure your appointment slot. This deposit is deducted from your final balance on the day of your treatment.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We require at least 48 hour's notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you notify us with more than 48 hours to spare, your booking fee can be transferred or refunded in line with our policies. If you cancel with less than 48 hour's notice, the 50% booking fee will be lost due to short notice of filling the appointment slot.

What happens if I miss my appointment without notice?

If you fail to attend your booked appointment without informing us beforehand, a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost will be charged.

What happens if I arrive late for my treatment?

If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time so subsequent clients are not delayed. We will carry out what can safely be fitted into the remaining time available. 

 

Who requires a patch test before treatment?

A patch test is mandatory for all first-time clients, anyone who has had changes to their medical history, or anyone who has not visited us within the past 6 months. This applies to tinting, lash lifts, electrolysis, laser hair reduction, tattoo removal, laser treatments, and brow treatments.

When should my patch test be completed?

Patch tests must be conducted at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled treatment. Please contact us via email or phone to arrange this, or simply use the booking link to book it in when it suits you.
